Timeless
With
Distinction

Inspired by the European charm
of Gramercy Park, Issac & Stern
Architects composed a graceful
addition to the neighborhood,
an elegant silhouette enhanced
with Juliette windows and a striking
Mansard crown.

“A defining element of the design is the richness of materiality, from the pure Limestone façade to the customized decorative metal accents.”

Custom oversized windows, soaring almost 10-feet in height, bathe each home in warming natural light

Juliette balconies, with beautifully detailed railings, connect select homes to the outdoors

The limestone facade evokes the richness and classical nature of the Gramercy neighborhood

A Warm Welcome

Perfectly styled and immediately memorable, grand
entry doors lead into an intimate wood-paneled
lobby with an eye-catching Deco reception podium
attended 24-hours a day. A custom commissioned
diptych, by mixed-media artist Theresa Bates,
celebrates the allure and verdant nature of
the surrounding neighborhood.
